About us

We help clients achieve their goals, by providing custom software development based on their specific requirements.

TH-EY was established in 2017 by 2 full-stack developers who left their corporate jobs and started freelancing.

The main reason of the company creation was the desire of filling the big gap in communication between the business and actual software development that we saw on the daily basis.
We believe that it shouldn’t be this way, and this is why we are working with our clients as close and as transparent as possible.

Since we started, we have worked with over 30 startups and businesses, creating web and mobile applications, and setting up scalable infrastructure to host them.
We have branches in the UK, Finland and Poland. As a modern company, we decided to work 100% remotely. This grants us plenty of flexibility and our developers can focus completely on working with our clients hand in hand.

We help companies and startups by discussing their ideas, providing expert advice, and bringing them the best possible solution to turn their concept into high-quality, scalable software.
It is our intention that through the development process, our customers become our partners, and work with us in the same way as they would with an internal team.

Wojciech Soczyński

CEO and Founder

Wojciech, being a veteran software developer, has worked for some renowned companies such as Sabre (Hospitality), BlackRock and J.P.Morgan (Finance). He wanted to build upon his experience gained there to create a boutique software development agency.

Filip Kubala

Founder and Software developer

Filip has been a full stack web developer since 2013. He gained his experience building custom software solutions at various companies such as Comarch (Telecoms), Playtech (Gambling), SoftQ (IT).
